Finally it looks like there may be a strong move to get this trial moved back to Guantanamo where it should have been kept in the first place. Three Senators have written a Bill to attach to..anything.. which would do exactly that.Certainly the trial is out of Manhattan, but a question remains.
How dense are they to have put it there in the first place? I have gone into this at great length in earlier postings, and believe it is'legalthink' that got them here! With an administration 80% of which is lawyers, how could it be otherwise!
